A boundary survey is a process carried out to determine property lines and define true property corners of a parcel of land described in a deed. It also indicates the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations imposed on the property by state or local regulations.

Route surveys for electrical transmission and distribution lines, Texas Department of Transportation highways, petroleum, and gas pipelines. A route survey supplies the data necessary to determine alignment, grading, and earthwork quantities for the design and construction of various engineering projects such as roads, railroads, pipelines, and utilities.

Surveying facilities include vehicles equipped with all the necessary equipment and laptop computers for remote work of fast, accurate data acquisition, and control layout. CoJer Surveying utilizes Trimble, Robotic Total Stations which provide complete data collection capabilities and increases mapping/topography efficiency. Global Positions System (GPS) equipment includes Trimble R10, dual-frequency receivers with Trimble TDL 450 radio communications. CoJer performs static, fast-static, kinematic and real time kinematic (RTK) type surveys.
